Delivery & returns
We post all (non-large) items the next working week day after the order is placed. Our working weekdays are Monday-Saturday. We post to mainland uk only at the moment.
PLEASE NOTE: large items can't be delivered. They MUST BE COLLECTED from the shop along with all other items in the same order. Contact us to ensure that items are available instore before collection.
Our exchanges are treated as a new order. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the items you wish to exchange to us (see below) and proceed with a new purchase online. You will be credited for your returned items via your original method of payment once they arrive back to us.
In the unlikely event that you have a problem with any items you have purchased, please contact us by telephone to discuss them within 5 days of receipt.
REFUNDS ARE NOT ACCEPTED ON SALE ITEMS UNLESS FAULTY.
Please package up the goods you are returning safely and send to Raspberry Rascals, 7 Langton Place, Bury St Edmunds, IP33 1NE, Suffolk.
All items must have the Raspberry Rascals label attached.
Please note that we are not responsible for return postage so we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or for high value items, we would also advise that you use registered post.
We will process your refund within 10 days of receiving your parcel.
We will not grant a refund or exchange on any product that fails to reach us.
Original and return postage is non-refundable unless incorrect item was sent in error.
